These weights contour around the ankle and wrist, and secure with a long hook and loop strap. Features heavy-duty vinyl and double stitching. We offer you the cuff in 16 different weights, ranging from 1/4 lb for the frail beginner through 10 lb. for the client who can handle a rigorous rehab program.
