One Year Limited Written Warranty

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship in Southpaw products for one year from the date of shipment and is extended solely to the user of the product.  Any defects in materials or workmanship will be addressed by repairing or replacing the defective component or product, at the sole discretion of Southpaw.  Contact us for an RMA before sending any item for repair.  All products will wear with use, and this warranty does not cover conditions, damages, or failures due to normal wear and tear.  We recommend the user establish a regular inspection program for all equipment, fittings, and support systems to guard against injury.

Any alteration, abuse, misuse, tampering, improper repairs, negligence, or use of the equipment in a manner inconsistant with the instruction and/or safety sheets is not covered under this warranty and may, in the sole discretion of Southpaw, void any warranties.

Additionally, use of our suspended equipment or hardware outdoors should be avoided and any such use, may, at Southpaw's sole discretion, void all warranties.
